Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it o us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for our return policy.

Returns – Web orders and Distance Selling Regulations

Consumer Contract Regulations only apply to your order if the goods have not been made to your own specification, custom made or if you have not examined the product in one of our showrooms. If the Consumer Contract Regulations do apply you can cancel your furniture by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the delivery date. This can be done via email sales@fablaneluxuryhome.co.uk.
Should you wish to return any items it is your responsibility to take good care of the item/items. You are the owner once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage and should look to keep it ‘as new’. To minimise the risk of such a claim we ask that the retuned goods are kept in all original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
It is your responsibility to return the items to our central delivery depot in a good condition, using a signed courier service including a means of tracking the parcel and which will provide insurance of the full value of the goods. Fablane Luxury Home realise that all our customers may not have the means to do this so we can arrange collection during usual business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. If this is required, a charge of up to 20% of the original order may be applied but with a minimum charge of the original delivery fee.
A mattress will be delivered sealed in a plastic wrapping that will allow inspection. Any mattress that has been unsealed will be deemed as having been used and therefore cannot be returned.
Refunds
Following cancellation of your order any monies paid will be refunded by the method you used to pay us and usually within 14 working days
Can I cancel an order if I later change my mind?
If you change your mind, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after. You will receive a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us.
Can I change my existing order?
Once you’ve placed an order, you won’t be able to make changes to what you have ordered but you will be able to change contact and delivery details need to contact us immediately.
When the products sent as disassembled are installed, they are not included in the scope of exchange and return.
-Changes and refunds are not made for the models specially produced for you (Customised)in line with your requests such as different fabric coating, foot colour, size, corner direction change.
-Products that do not fit the dimensions of the house will not be returned. Therefore, before purchasing the product, you should consider whether the product can be transported in the apartment, will it fit in your room, or whether it passes through the door.
My product came damaged?
It is enough to take a photos or videos of the problem you have with the product and send it to sales@fablaneluxuryhome.co.uk with your order number . Our customer service will return to you within 24 hours at the latest, and initiate the process of replacing the product with a new or equivalent product in cases where a solution cannot be provided with parts supply. It’s that easy!

How can I get the refund ?
When the returned product reaches us, the necessary checks are made and the refund process is initiated within 3 business days. Whichever payment type you paid when creating your order, the refund will be made in the same way. The reflection time of the refund fee on the account or statement may be 3-7 business days, but depending on the banks, this period may take up to 25 days for money cards.
My order did not arrive on the delivery date?
Our products start to be produced after the order is placed. From the moment you place your order, we closely follow the entire process of the product. However, in rare cases, delay may occur due to production or transportation related reasons.
